Story
In 1987, the current managing director, Peter Kertels, started manufacturing high-quality solar cosmetics in Trier. The development of a silicone-containing care series that came about worldwide
first silicone-based lubricants- the
EROS® Bodyglide®. Due to increasing demand and expansion of the business areas, new and larger capacities were created in 1992. The continuing business success in the following years forced the company to leave the premises in the center of Schweich, which had once again become too small. After a short planning and construction period, in 1997 the new administration and production building in the Föhren industrial park, with good transport connections to several motorway lines, was moved into.
Since then, Megasol Cosmetic GmbH has dealt with brands such as EROS®,LYLOU® and Megasilk® developed into one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality cosmetics and intimate care products.
We obtain our raw materials from selected and exclusive suppliers so that our customers can always rely on the proven MEGASOL quality.
In the years to come, we would like to be a reliable manufacturer for both existing and new partners, so that we can face the international challenges of the global market competently and innovatively alongside them.
